At The Foundry, we work closely with our clients to mould and craft their careers in a highly collaborative way. With a very personalised approach, our agents work with small and focused client lists.
We want to be at the forefront of positive change in the entertainment industry and beyond. Working mainly with people from underrepresented groups, each agent has their own individual focus which includes furthering representation on stage and screen for people of colour, the LGBTQ+ community, disabled artistes and actors from working-class backgrounds. We believe that productions need to reflect the world around us.
